New fields added to Member Search

To the existing member search fields, Full Name and E-mail, I have added the fields Affiliation and City. This makes it possible to find members without knowing a name or email address, as well as to find all members associated with a particular institution or in a particular location.

Searches match on substrings, and are case-insensitive, so a search for Full Name="danielle" returns just Danielle Lemay, while a search for Full Name="dan" returns a set of members whose names contain that substring, including Danielle Lemay. If more than one field is filled in, the query is a conjunction (AND) of the fields, so a search for Full Name="michael" returns multiple results, while a search for Full Name="michael", City="berkeley" returns just me (Michael Hauser).

Currently, the results listing shows only the full name and portrait (before it showed login username, which was confusing). It will be modified shortly to also show affiliation and city.
