Strategies To Differentiate Farm Milk

This presentation will deal with the reasons for FrieslandCampina to invest in research into the possibilities of the differentiation of farm milk. Based on the results of the work by the Dutch Milk Genomics Initiative some options will be discussed and possible gains will be substantiated. Also non-technological topics that have to be taken into account when implementing farm milk differentiation will be addressed.
