Christophe Lefévre - Deakin University

Christophe obtained a Doctorate degree in Biochemistry from the University of Montpellier in 1984. He went on to conduct post-doctoral research in Southern California (USC, UCSD, UCLA) and Japan (Tokai University). After leading bioinformatics software developments at Gentech in southern France, he joined Organon AkzoNobel, a pharmaceutical company in the Netherlands. In 2002 he moved to Australia, working at the Victorian Bioinformatics Consortium and the CRC for innovative dairy products. Recently Christophe joined the Institute of Technology Research and Innovation (ITRI) at Deakin University as Associate Professor of Bioinformatics.
