Riccardo LoCascio - University of California, Davis

Riccardo LoCascio has recently completed his Doctorate in Microbiology at the University of California – Davis, working on bifidobacterial metabolism of milk oligosaccharides, comparative genomics, and host-microbe-nutrient interactions. He is a Fellow of the Business Development program at the UC Davis Center for Entrepreneurship, and received his MS in Agricultural Chemistry at UC Davis and his BA in Biochemistry at New York University. Currently, he develops and manages Industry-University partnerships for the UC Davis Functional Glycomics group.
