Susanna Rokka - MTT Agrifood Research Finland

Susanna Rokka works as a research scientist at MTT Agrifood Research Finland where she has been since 1994. She completed her Ph.D. at University of Turku in department of Biochemistry and Food Chemistry. Her research interests include immunological properties of milk and colostrum as well as other biomolecules of food. Her current research focus is novel technologies and applications for milk fat.
