Our flagship conference that brings international experts in lactation, milk science, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, nutrition, genomics, anthropology and bioinformatics together to discuss and share the outcomes and implications of the latest discoveries in scientific research on lactation and milk was a huge success this year with 277 attendees from all over the world. The symposium draws from the diversity of its memberships to cover the breadth of milk science themes to advance the field of lactation, milk and dairy for health.
Despite the challenge of going virtual, the conference was engaging, fun and chock full of riveting talks and break-out sessions with the world’s experts in lactation and milk. Each oral presentation in our exciting program was livestream and included interactive Q&A and our conference included live chat rooms, social mixers, games, prizes and more. If you missed the symposium in 2020, not to worry, all of the thirty-four oral presentations were recorded and available for anyone to watch on our event portal through August 1, 2021.
